Offices are available from 175 sq. ft. to 2200 sq. ft. Rates start at 60% off market rate so a small private office is $140/month. Rates include fiber optic internet, electricity and heat, business mentorship, onsite daycare, coffee and tea, printer, group insurance, break room, free huddle room and conference room use. We offer up to $75,000 in start up and expansions funds to tenants, pending credit review. See what is currently available.

Alliant Energy Foundation Innovation Hub

Seats 30, holds 75 for networking events. Includes wall mount flat screen TV, kitchen, private restrooms. $50 for 4 hours

Conference Room

Seats 18 at tables and 30 in classroom set up. Includes white board, projector and flat screen TV. $25 for 4 hours

Zoom Room

Seats 8 at the table, can hold up to 12. Includes camera, speakers and wall mount flat screen. $25 for 4 hours

Manufacturing

We have industrial spaces from 650 to 5000 sq.ft with 800 Amp service to the building, Each unit 120V 3 phase, forklifts, pallet jack, at and below grade loading docks, laser cutter, fiber optic internet, business mentorship, group insurance, break room and overhead doors. Commercial Kitchen

The Platteville Business Incubator's 350 sq. ft. Commercial Kitchen is currently leased to two food businesses and is not open for additional users. The kitchen includes:

Laser Cutter

We have an industrial laser cutter with a 3’ x2’ bed and this tool is open to the public. Great for prototyping, custom engraving of woodwork, making signs and other artwork. First time users need to be trained and that is arranged though the office. Make a reservation now.
